Directions: As a “base” or primary pre-workout supplement, take one packet 30-45 minutes before lifting, preferably on an empty stomach. Since each packet also contains your full daily dose of creatine, take Pump every day for optimal results. On non-training days, you can take the packet at approximately the same time as you would if you were training. You can remove the red capsule (stimulant) on rest days, or if you are training at night.
